Body Byte is available on iOS and Android devices as a PWA (Progressive Web App) which you can get at https://app.bodybyte.ai
Download and install the app. It's free to start, with optional premium features for advanced personalization.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Open the Body Byte app.
On the welcome screen, tap Sign Up.
Choose your sign-up method:
Email: Enter your email address and create a secure password.
Social login: Use Google, Apple, or Facebook for faster setup.
Verify your email if prompted (check your inbox for a confirmation link).
Agree to the terms of service and privacy policy. We prioritize your data security—review how we handle information in the app's settings.
Once signed up, you'll be directed to the profile setup wizard.
Step 3: Complete Your Initial Profile Setup
Your profile is the foundation for Body Byte's personalized AI. The setup wizard guides you through key details to generate accurate goals and predictions.
Basic Information:
Enter your name, age, gender, height, and current weight. This helps calculate metrics like resting metabolic rate and body composition estimates.
Select your primary goal (e.g., weight loss, maintenance, muscle gain, or overall wellness).
Health and Lifestyle Assessment:
Answer a short questionnaire about your daily habits, such as typical sleep patterns, activity level, dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, low-carb), and any restrictions (e.g., allergies).
Provide details on environmental factors like your location type (urban/rural), work schedule, and commute style—these influence recommendations for things like weather-adjusted activities.
Set Personalized Goals:
Body Byte suggests initial targets based on your inputs, such as daily calorie range, macro breakdown (e.g., protein leverage ratio), or step goals.
Customize them as needed—e.g., prioritize fiber intake or sleep efficiency. You can edit these later in the app's settings.
Connect Devices and Integrations (Optional but Recommended):
